Flix You Missed
Where do you watch your movies? Probably not in theaters. This book and podcase give you insights to movies you probably missed in the past 10 years. These films are sometimes quirky, sometimes moving, sometimes hilarious--sometimes all three. These flix are worthy of a wider audience than they received when everyone didn't have time to see them in theaters. Admittedly, sometimes guest podcasters and the author/podcaster review all-out blockbusters--but maybe you skipped them (and maybe there's a reason to take a second look).
You can find "movies you missed" type blogs online, but they are often about a specific genre like science fiction or fantasy. The films in this book and podcast are exceptionally written with superb acting, direction, and cinematography. They appeal to a broad audience, but they are often missed. This is your chance to take a new look at films you didn't know about (or you did but didn't get a chance to see). We hope you enjoy some hidden treasures.

About the Author/Podcaster
Tom Sims is a true independent filmmaker--which only means he's never made much money at it. His films have appeared a festivals throughout the country and at the 2007 Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner. He was curator for the Cape May Film Festival along with long-time friend Stefan Prosky (may his memory is eternal), and he has written a weekly movie review column for Exit Zero in Cape May for nearly 20 years.
